🚨 Most React Native apps don’t slow down suddenly… They get slower day by day — silently. And most developers don’t even notice it. ⚠️ The real problem? • Unoptimized API calls • Too many unnecessary re-renders This kills performance… and users leave. 💡 Recently fixed this in an app → Result: noticeably smoother experience 🚀 👉 Performance isn’t optional. It’s the experience. 💬 If your app feels laggy, let’s fix it. #ReactNative #MobileAppDevelopment #AppPerformance #AppOptimization #StartupTech #iOSDevelopment #AndroidDevelopment #SoftwareDevelopment #Firebase #TechStartups

Debugging a slow app usually means staring at one window and guessing what's happening in another. I wanted to see performance the same way I see the app — on the screen, in real time, so I built a small tool for React Native developers. react-native-sightline is a floating overlay that shows your app's performance right on the screen while you use it. You can see when things slow down, watch memory climb, and spot problems the moment they happen — without leaving the app. It takes one line to add and disappears completely when you ship to production. Open source, free to use. If you build React Native apps, I'd love your feedback. Link in comments ↓ #reactnative #mobiledev

Why do no-code mobile app builders still exist? Seriously. Someone explain it to me. You can now build a full mobile app from scratch with Claude Code. 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 Flutter knowledge. Zero Dart. Zero code written by hand. Just describe what you want: 🛠️ App gets built 🐛 Bugs get fixed on command 📦 Build gets compiled 🚀 Deployment to App Store and Google Play — guided step by step The whole thing. Start to finish. No-code builders used to make sense. You couldn't hire a dev. You couldn't learn a framework in a weekend. So you accepted the drag-and-drop prison — with its limits, its vendor lock-in, its templates that all look the same. That tradeoff made sense. Then. Now you can build the 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 thing — a proper, production-ready mobile app — without touching a single line of code yourself. No template constraints. No platform limits. No monthly fee to a builder that owns your product. The only thing standing between an idea and a shipped app is no longer technical skill. It's clarity. Knowing what you want to build. So what exactly are these app builders solving for now? #AINativeFounder #MobileApp #ClaudeAI #BuildInPublic #NoCode

Most developers think code splitting solves scaling in React Native but miss out on vital architectural strategies that can make or break your app's success. Splitting bundles helps, but what really matters is how you organize state management, navigation, and native module interaction. I once worked on a React Native app where lazy loading screens reduced the initial bundle size, yet performance issues persisted because the app's data flow was too tangled. Refactoring to use context wisely and optimizing navigation stacks made a bigger difference than just splitting code. Also, watch out for how native dependencies impact app startup time. Focus on clear module boundaries and async data fetching strategies alongside code splitting. This combo keeps your app snappy and easier to maintain. How do you tackle scaling pain points in React Native apps? My Flutter app used to take 8 seconds to open. I cut that time by 60% using deferred loading. Here is how I did it: • I identified heavy libraries that users don't need right away. • I used the 'deferred as' keyword in my Dart imports. • This tells the app to load that code only when requested. • The main download size dropped by nearly half. • My app now feels instant and smooth. • Faster apps mean fewer users delete your product. Most mobile apps don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fail because of poor execution. After 7+ years in mobile development (React Native, Flutter, Native Android), here are the most common problems I’ve seen: • Apps lag when handling large data (FlatList issues, poor state management) • Crashes due to bad API/error handling • No offline support → users drop instantly • Poor architecture → impossible to scale • Analytics missing → no idea why users leave One project I worked on had 1000+ items rendering on a single screen. The result? Laggy UI, bad reviews, and users quitting. After optimization: ✔ Smooth scrolling ✔ Faster load times ✔ Better user retention Same app. Same idea. Different execution. If your app feels slow or unstable, it’s not “normal” — it’s fixable. 💬 Curious — what’s the biggest issue you're facing in your app right now? #reactnative #flutter #mobiledevelopment #appdevelopment #startup

Most developers build apps. Very few actually deploy them. And that’s the difference between a project and a product. Taking your MERN app from localhost to live doesn’t require complex tools or paid services just the right stack and a clear process. Once you deploy your first app, everything changes: you can share it, test it in real conditions, and start building like a real developer. Do this once and deployment becomes second nature. #Deployment #MERN #FullStack #WebDevelopment #LearnToCode
