Mastering Python for Backend Development and AI

The Power of Learning One Language Deeply While I was learning JavaScript, I’ve also realized the importance of mastering one language first. For me, it’s been Python. Python opened the door to backend development, machine learning, and AI. I’ve realized that learning one language deeply is far more impactful than being familiar with multiple languages. Don’t try to learn everything at once. Build your foundational knowledge, and then add layers. What language has been the most impactful in your career? #Python #Programming #WebDevelopment #Focus

That is so true. I started my coding career with Java, then i jumped into web developing and from there i jumped into Python, then JavaScript, then React, then C# then i realized and asked myself what do I really know except just the general of these all languages. So i stopped going into multiple things and focusing on Java now. And as a hobby also doing React but mainly working with Java.

for me it was javascript, by far once you live in it daily with react/next you naturally go deep and after you truly master one language, picking up the next ones gets way easier

yeah, I'm currently deep in the AI trenches and python is my go to, after I'm comfortable with it, I want ot dive a bit more into Rust. Everyone is already warning me though 🤣

Good luck trying to applying what you learnt in other languages to Golang… the basics part of every language are mostly the same but Golang is quite different even though I had with me some few languages.

Word i totally agree with you there. You can a general doctor but for impact and more money you need to specialize in 1 same as tech

JavaScript has always been my favorite Python…. I am always careful of the bite 😌

If you mastered one language first, learning others will be easier, I learnt and masteredbPHP for over 9 years before taking React, Next, Node.js and Python later last year.

Java once pushed me to the edge of quitting. Building my first desktop application pulled me back. Ten years in, and I am still committed—no turning back.

Mastery is key. If you win in one language. You have won in all. AI has ended the language wars.
