However, as banks adopt these automated systems, the challenge shifts toward ensuring the underlying models are resilient against data poisoning and that the credit decisioning remains compliant with fair lending regulations. Building trust in these AI systems is just as critical as the technology itself to ensure they truly serve the community long-term.
