Air Transport Components (ATC) is excited to announce the acquisition of PAS MRO, a specialized bearing repair company based in Bristow, Oklahoma. The move expands ATC’s high-value component MRO capabilities, adds technical expertise and synergies with its Gilbert and Tulsa facilities, while PAS MRO continues under its existing team and leadership. Backed by AE Industrial Partners, LP, the acquisition advances ATC Group’s strategy to build a scaled, diversified MRO platform serving aerospace customers globally.

We’ve secured V2500 accreditation, expanding our ability to support operators with inspection and maintenance activity across this platform. Air Transport Components (ATC Group) has acquired PAS MRO to expand its aerospace component maintenance, repair, and overhaul capabilities. Backed by private equity firm AE Industrial Partners, the acquisition integrates PAS MRO’s specialized bearing repair services into ATC Group’s existing operations in Oklahoma. PAS MRO’s expertise in bearing repair, critical for aircraft engines and accessories, complements ATC Group’s portfolio and supports its service to global airline, OEM, and aftermarket customers. The acquisition leverages geographic proximity between PAS MRO in Bristow and ATC’s Tulsa facility to create operational synergies. ATC Group will retain PAS MRO’s leadership and team, ensuring business continuity while scaling its platform.
