Another successful project go-live... These milestones get more and more exciting! It is a blessing to work with wonderful people who adopt change, expand best practices, and look for the right partner to help implement accounting software! This client requested ARK Consulting Partners, LLC to assist with optimizing processes for an existing asset. We walked through their current setups, reviewed business processes, and listened to current pain points at the beginning of the project. We then created and executed a plan that reduced manual processes and workarounds, incorporated existing functionality without additional costs, and revamped how data was uploaded into the software for a better user experience. Project Highlights: 1. Reduced monthly processing run time by 42%, saving time each month 2. Simplified setups to reduce the number of transactions by 57% each month 3. Eliminated manual data upload processes by incorporating third-party data and building easy integrations to take spreadsheets as is and upload them into the software 4.
