AZTECH RELIABILITY’s Post

Technology changes. Alignment principles don’t. We ran into some older alignment systems during a demo today, and it was a good reminder that while the tools have evolved, the fundamentals have not. Precision, repeatability, and responsibility have always been part of doing alignment the right way. Modern laser alignment tools make setup faster, results easier to document, and work more consistent, but the expectation is still the same. Get it right and protect the machine. If you are still using older alignment equipment, reach out to us at AZTECH RELIABILITY to see how far laser alignment technology has come. What was the first alignment system you ever trained on? good OPTALIGN technologies! I remember a long time ago. Only 3 points with clock method for fast and precise alignment checking!

Those are worthy of going into the Laser Alignment museum of history

Here is my contribution to your museum: an ATEX ROTALIGN.
