🗒️ Everything you need to know about JavaScript Arrays — in one cheat sheet. Whether you're just starting or need a quick refresher, arrays are the backbone of JavaScript. Here's a breakdown I wish I had when I was learning: 📌 Basics — declaration, indexing, mixed types 🔴 Mutating methods — push, pop, splice, sort (they change the original!) 🟢 Functional methods — map, filter, reduce, slice (returns new arrays — use these in React!) 🔵 Search & Check — find, includes, indexOf, some, every 💜 Pro tips — chaining methods + spread operator for safe copies The biggest mistake beginners make? Not knowing which methods mutate the array and which don't. In React, mutating state directly breaks everything. Always prefer .map() and .filter() over .push() and .splice(). Save this for your next project. 💾 Drop a 🔥 if this helped! #JavaScript #WebDev #FullStack #ReactJS #LearnToCode #100DaysOfCode #BCA #Programming

JavaScript code runs inside a special environment called the JavaScript engine (like in a browser or Node.js). When you write code, the engine first reads it and understands its structure through a process called parsing. After that, the code is converted into a form (bytecode) that the computer can execute. During execution, the engine uses two main parts: the memory heap to store variables and data, and the call stack to manage function execution. It runs code line by line in a synchronous way, meaning one task at a time. For handling asynchronous tasks like timers, APIs, or events, JavaScript uses the event loop along with callback queues and Web APIs. This system ensures that tasks are executed smoothly without blocking the main thread, and finally, the result is shown in the browser or console. #JavaScript #NodeJS #WebDevelopment #Programming #Coding #Developer #Frontend #Backend #MERNStack #CodeNewbie

Just built a simple Head & Tail game using JavaScript 🎯 I’m currently learning how to connect: • Functions • Objects • localStorage • DOM manipulation This project helped me understand how data (like scores) can be saved, updated, and displayed on the screen in real time. Still learning, still improving but I’m starting to really understand how everything connects together 🔥 More projects on the way 🚀 #JavaScript #WebDevelopment #BeginnerDeveloper #CodingJourney #Frontend #BuildInPublic

Day 3 ⚡ JavaScript Promises — Quick Revision If you're learning async JavaScript, understanding Promises is a must. --- 🧠 What is a Promise? 👉 A Promise represents a value that will be available now, later, or never --- 🔄 Promise States Pending ⏳ Fulfilled ✅ Rejected ❌ --- ✅ Basic Example const promise = new Promise((resolve, reject) => { resolve("Success"); }); --- 🎯 Using Promises promise .then(res => console.log(res)) .catch(err => console.log(err)); --- 🔗 Chaining (Very Important) Promise.resolve(2) .then(res => res * 2) .then(res => res + 5) .then(res => console.log(res)); // 9 👉 Each .then() must return a value --- ⚠️ Common Mistakes ❌ Not returning inside .then() ❌ Breaking the chain ❌ Delaying .then() instead of resolve() --- 💡 One-line takeaway: 👉 Promises help you control async code step-by-step --- Master this, and async JavaScript becomes much easier 🚀 #JavaScript #WebDevelopment #Frontend #Coding #100DaysOfCode

JS Pop Quiz: Did we just overwrite the Admin?! Let’s see who really understands JavaScript memory allocation! 👨💻👩💻 Look at the code snippet from @codewithsarir. We have a user1 object. We assign it to user2, and then change user2's role to 'Guest'. Question: What does console.log(user1.role) actually print? A) 'Admin' (Because we only changed user2) B) 'Guest' (Because they share the same reference) C) undefined D) It throws a TypeError Hint: Think about how JavaScript handles Objects versus Primitive types like strings. Does = make a copy, or just point to the same address? 🤔 Drop your guess in the comments before you test it in your IDE! 👇 Hashtags: #JavaScript #CodingQuiz #WebDesign #ProgrammerLife #Developers #LearnToCode #JS #Frontend #creators #codinglife #programmer

JavaScript vs. TypeScript: Which Side Are You On? 🚀 Ever felt like your JavaScript code is holding on by a thread? 😅 Let's talk about the game-changer. On one side: JavaScript Flexible, dynamic, and quick to start But those runtime errors? They'll find you at the worst moments "Undefined is not a function" – sound familiar? On the other side: TypeScript Catch errors BEFORE runtime Better autocomplete = faster development Self-documenting code that your future self will thank you for Refactor with confidence, not fear The reality? TypeScript isn't about replacing JavaScript – it's about leveling up when your project grows beyond a certain scale. #JavaScript #TypeScript #WebDevelopment #Coding #SoftwareEngineering #DeveloperLife #SoftwareEngineering #WebDevelopment #ReactJS #NextJS #FrontendDevelopment #JavaScript #FullStackDeveloper #Programming #TechCareers #BuildInPublic

🚀 Learning JavaScript? Start with Strings. Strings are one of the most used things in JavaScript. If you can work with text, you can build forms, messages, search features, and much more. Let’s understand the basics 👇 • Create a string using quotes let name = "JavaScript"; • Find string length name.length • Join strings together "Hello " + "World" • Change text case name.toUpperCase() or name.toLowerCase() • Get part of a string name.substring(0,4) Small concept… but used everywhere in real projects. Master the basics → coding becomes easier. #JavaScript #WebDevelopment #FrontendDevelopment #LearnToCode #ProgrammingBasics #JavaScriptTips #CodingForBeginners #DeveloperCommunity #TechEducation #SoftwareDevelopment

Async JavaScript used to feel messy… First callbacks → then promises → still confusing 😅 But then came async/await — and suddenly everything started making sense. 1. Cleaner code 2. Better readability 3. Easier error handling In this blog, I’ve broken it down in a simple and beginner-friendly way with examples and visuals. If async still confuses you, this might help https://lnkd.in/gXYD7Qbg Would love your feedback 🙌 #javascript #webdevelopment #frontend #programming #100DaysOfCode
