Anthropic shared news about their new Model Mythos. A model that can find and exploit vulnerabilities 🪲 in code autonomously. But this model has not been publicly available and has been given access to a limited number of users. The model has already found old bugs that had gone unnoticed for a long time. 🧠 The model currently seems to target cybersecurity- a helping hand to patch any breach. But ironically, the model itself has a breach that needs to be patched. The lock-picker got picked. 🔓 I think if Anthropic can fix this breach and release it to the public with some guardrails, they have been emphasizing for major Artificial Intelligence products.
