✅ Practical ReactJS Coding Interview Questions (Must-Practice!) 🚀 Preparing for a React Developer Interview? Most companies today don't stop at theory — they test your hands-on React skills with practical coding tasks. 🔥 Frontend Developer Interview Mistakes I Made (So You Don’t Have To) I still remember walking into one of my early frontend interviews with full confidence… But within 10 minutes, I realized confidence wasn’t enough. Here’s what actually went wrong — and what I learned 👇 ✨ 1. I focused only on React, not JavaScript The interviewer asked a simple question about closures… and I froze. I had skipped fundamentals for “advanced stuff.” Big mistake. ✨ 2. I underestimated CSS I thought, “Arre yeh toh easy hai.” But they asked about flexbox behavior and responsive layouts — and I struggled. Lesson: CSS is not optional. ✨ 3. I didn’t explain my thought process Even when I knew the answer, I replied in 2 lines. Interviews aren’t just about correct answers — they want to see how you think. ✨ 4. I didn’t ask questions back At the end, they asked, “Do you have any questions?” And I said… “No.” Worst thing to say. Shows zero curiosity. ✨ 5. I panicked instead of staying calm A tough question came up and I immediately assumed I failed. But interviews are meant to test problem-solving, not perfection. --- 💡 What I changed afterwards: ✔ Revised JavaScript fundamentals ✔ Practiced CSS layouts daily ✔ Started explaining my approach step-by-step ✔ Researched the company before interviews ✔ Asked meaningful questions at the end Today, I feel more confident — not because I know everything, but because I learned from my mistakes. If you’re preparing for interviews, remember: Mistakes are lessons, not failures. Keep going. 🚀 #FrontendDeveloper #InterviewExperience #ReactJS #JavaScript #CSS #FrontendInterview #TechJourney #LearningInPublic #CareerGrowth #WebDevelopment

💡 After 100+ Frontend Interviews — Here’s What I Learned In the last few years, I’ve taken over 100 interviews for Frontend Developer roles. And one pattern keeps showing up again and again 👇 Developers are strong in frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue, but when it comes to core JavaScript, many struggle. This isn’t about memorizing tricky questions — it’s about understanding how JavaScript actually works behind the scenes. ⸻ ⚙️ Why This Matters ? Frameworks come and go. But JavaScript is the foundation every frontend engineer builds upon. If your basics are strong, you can pick up any framework quickly — and even debug issues faster than most. When I ask about concepts like closures, async/await, or prototypes, I’m not testing memory — I’m testing how well someone thinks in JavaScript. ⸻ 🧠 Key JavaScript Areas You Should Master If you’re preparing for frontend roles, make sure you’re confident in these: • Scope & Closures • Hoisting • this keyword • Promises & async/await • Event loop & call stack • Prototype & Inheritance • Shallow vs Deep Copy • Destructuring / Spread / Rest • Higher Order Functions • Error Handling • APIs integration and Handling These topics sound simple, but understanding them deeply can change the way you write and debug code. ⸻ 🔥 My Advice Don’t just focus on “How to use React”. Learn “How JavaScript works”. Understand why your code behaves the way it does. ⸻ 💬 Your Turn If you’ve been preparing for frontend interviews — 👉 What JavaScript concept did you find hardest to understand (but most satisfying once you got it)? Let’s help each other level up 💪 #javascript #frontend #webdevelopment #career #interviewtips #react #learning #techhiring

💻 Preparing for React Developer Interviews? Here's What You Should Master! Recently, I’ve been giving interviews for React Developer roles, and through this process, I’ve realized how important it is to have a solid understanding of certain core concepts. Here’s a structured list of topics that I believe are essential to ace any React or Frontend interview 👇 🟡 JavaScript / TypeScript What are Promises Explain Event Delegation What are Polyfills Generics in TypeScript Type Inference in TypeScript Difference between type and interface What are Tuples Difference between Generators and Async/Await Explain Event Loop, Call Stack, and Callback Queue Difference between call, apply, and bind What are Prototypes Disadvantages of TypeScript 🔵 React Core Hooks: useState, useEffect, useReducer Lifecycle methods: Class Components vs Functional Components How Access Token and Refresh Token work Implementing React Router, Private Routes, Role-based Routing, and Dynamic Routing Difference between Context API and Redux Data Flow in Redux Best Practices for state management Difference between SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and CSR (Client-Side Rendering) Difference between SSR and SSG (Static Site Generation) Limitations of React in large-scale applications Understanding the Virtual DOM What is Strict Mode in React Overview of Fiber Architecture Error Handling and Error Boundaries React’s Reconciliation process What is Hydration in React 🟢 CSS Specificity in CSS Pseudo-selectors in CSS Media Queries and responsive design Difference between inline and inline-block elements These concepts are not just important for interviews, but they also strengthen your fundamentals as a frontend developer. 🚀 If you’re preparing for React interviews, I hope this helps you structure your learning path better!
