Day-87 📘 Python Full Stack Journey – JavaScript Practice & Math Functions Today’s learning was very hands-on, focusing on JavaScript interactivity, validation, and built-in utilities. 🎯 What I worked on today: 🎨 Interactive Program Wrote a program to change the color of an SVG on click, toggling between red ↔ black continuously using event handling. 🧪 User Input & Validation Received user input using: Copy code Js document.getElementById('ab').value Applied conditions such as: isNaN() Value checks (< 10, etc.) Displayed validation results dynamically inside an HTML tag. Implemented form validation using alert() for user feedback. 🧮 JavaScript Math Module Explored several useful Math methods: pow() floor() ceil() sign() round() max() / min() sqrt() PI sin() / cos() / tan() trunc() random() These exercises really helped connect logic, user interaction, and calculations in real-world scenarios. JavaScript is getting more powerful and fun every day! 🚀 #JavaScript #PythonFullStack #WebDevelopment #Frontend #CodingJourney #LearningToCode #Upskilling #TechSkills #ContinuousLearning

Why I Start My Students with HTML & CSS Before Python. Before frameworks. Before databases. We start with HTML and CSS. Because this is where confidence begins. When students write their first HTML page and see it appear in the browser, something clicks. When they style it with CSS and watch it transform they feel powerful. That moment matters. HTML teaches structure. It teaches how the web is built. It shows students that every website they visit has a backbone. CSS teaches creativity. It teaches design thinking. It teaches attention to detail. And together, they teach: ✔ How to break big ideas into smaller components ✔ How to think visually and logically ✔ How to build something real from scratch There’s something special about watching a student go from: “I don’t understand coding…” to “Look at the website I built!” HTML and CSS may look simple but they are foundational. They give students the confidence to move into JavaScript, Python, backend systems, and beyond. Strong foundations create strong developers. And every great software engineer once started with a simple: <h1>Hello World</h1> Let’s keep building from the ground up. 💻✨ #HTML #CSS #WebDevelopment #CodingEducation #FrontendDevelopment #TechEducation #LearnToCode

I'm building a small project called codeCompare. The goal is simple: compare a language I already know (JavaScript) with languages I want to learn (Python, PHP, C#). Instead of learning in isolation, I want to see: - how syntax differs - what equivalent methods/functions look like - how patterns translate across languages The basic comparison page is done - you can choose your primary language and see side-by-side syntax differences. Next step: dynamically switching <pre> code examples so data types and patterns update in real time. If anyone's learning a second language and wants to follow along, here's the repo: https://lnkd.in/ey4Wp7qX #BuildInPublic #JavaScript #SoftwareDevelopment #LearningInPublic

Building the Web with Python Web development today is not just about creating websites — it’s about building smart, scalable, and efficient digital solutions. Python has become a powerful force in modern web development. With frameworks like Django and Flask, developers can create secure, high-performance web applications faster than ever. Why Python for Web Development? ✔ Clean and readable code ✔ Rapid development capabilities ✔ Strong backend performance ✔ Seamless integration with AI & data-driven features ✔ Scalable architecture for real-world applications From dynamic websites to full-stack platforms, Python makes it possible to turn complex ideas into functional systems. As I continue growing in web development, Python remains one of the most reliable tools for building impactful solutions. Excited to keep learning, building, and innovating. #Python #WebDevelopment #BackendDevelopment #SoftwareDevelopment #FullStackDevelopment #CodingJourney

Stepping beyond the Frontend: Day 1 of my Python journey 🐍🚀 Learning never really stops in tech! Usually, I spend my days building the visual side of websites (the frontend) using Next.js and TypeScript. I love building what users see, but lately, I’ve been really curious to learn how things work behind the scenes. So today, I started learning Python from scratch using the CodeWithHarry playlist. Here is a quick, simple breakdown of my Day 1 learnings: 📦 Variables & Datatypes: Coming from the strict rules of TypeScript, Python is a huge shift. There is no need for let, const, or defining types. You just name a variable and give it a value. It feels incredibly fast to write! 🧩 Modules: I learned that you don't have to code everything from scratch. "Modules" are basically files of pre-written code that you can easily plug into your own project to add new features instantly. 📥 Pip: This was my favorite takeaway. For my frontend network, pip is exactly like npm. It is Python's package manager—a tool that lets you easily download and install helpful code created by the community. I am already enjoying the clean syntax (goodbye semicolons and curly braces!) and can't wait to see where this path leads. For my connections who code in both JavaScript and Python: Which syntax do you actually prefer to work with every day? Let me know below! 👇 #Python #LearningInPublic #WebDevelopment #SoftwareEngineering #CodeWithHarry #FrontendDev

February's project is a little different as I've been studying PHP, Python, SQL, and Bootstrap of late. It's not quite a game... But game adjacent! Game Job Scraper is an educational example of how to create a web scraper using Python, SQL, PHP, Bootstrap, and Beautiful Soup. In my case, I've used it to aggregate programming roles from job boards within the game industry, however web scraping can be used to automate the collection of any data from any website, making it an invaluable skill. Features I'm currently adding are search, pagination, ordering options, and an improvement to the visuals. GITHUB REPOS: https://lnkd.in/ghPpefXe

🚀 Day 43 | Revision – Python & Frontend Today I focused on revision of all the topics learned so far in both Python and Frontend development. Revising the concepts helped me strengthen my fundamentals and improve my confidence in writing code. In Python, I revised all the concepts from basics up to functions with parameters and arguments. This included practicing different programs and understanding how functions help in making code reusable and structured. The topics revised in Python include: Variables and Data Types Conditional Statements Loops (for and while) Pattern Problems String operations Number-based problems Functions Functions with parameters and arguments I also revised the different types of arguments in functions and how values are passed when calling a function. Along with Python, I revised Frontend development concepts up to CSS Flexbox. Frontend topics revised today include: HTML page structure Navigation bars and sections Styling with CSS Layout design Flexbox properties for alignment and positioning This revision helped me understand how Flexbox is used to create responsive and well-structured layouts in web pages. Revising previous topics is important because it strengthens the foundation and improves problem-solving speed. The learning journey continues with consistency every day. 🚀 #Day43 #Python #Functions #FrontendDevelopment #CSS #Flexbox #ProblemSolving #10000Coders #FullStackJourney #RudraSravanKumarSir

Tired of manually hitting refresh in the browser every time I save an HTML/CSS/JS file. To fix this bottleneck, I built a lightweight Python script using Watchdog and Selenium. *What it does*: It monitors your local project directory and automatically triggers a Chrome refresh the millisecond it detects a file modification (Cmd+S / Ctrl+S). *Why I built it*: I prefer writing front-end code in simple text editors (like Sublime Text) rather than heavy IDEs, but I missed the built-in "Live Server" functionality. I’ve also included one-click executable launchers to bypass the terminal entirely after the first (quick) setup. Source code and instructions are available on my GitHub if you want to use it: https://lnkd.in/diMXrEmQ P.S. As I'm still new to Python and GitHub, the code is rather simple, but it successfully solved a nuisance I had. #Python #WebDevelopment #Automation #Coding #Productivity
