Android 17 Beta 3 has reached platform stability. So… is your team actually ready, or are we about to do the usual last-minute panic around landscape, resizing, and all the screens the app was historically never “supposed” to support? This is where a lot of “solid” Android products suddenly reveal that portrait-only was never a product decision. Just old technical debt with good PR. If rotation still breaks state, navigation, or half the layout — congratulations, the platform has finally decided to join the code review. #AndroidDev #Android #MobileArchitecture #LargeScreens #SoftwareEngineering

🚀 Stop the Leak: Mastering Android Memory Management Ever wondered why your app starts lagging after 10 minutes of use, or why it suddenly vanishes when the user rotates their screen? 📉 Memory leaks are often the culprit. In the world of Android, a leak isn't just about high RAM usage—it's about "stale" references keeping objects alive, leading to janky UI, battery drain, and the inevitable "OutOfMemoryError". Whether it's a forgotten `BroadcastReceiver` or a static reference to an `Activity`, these small mistakes can have a massive impact on your Play Store rating. Check out the infographic below for a quick guide on how to identify, fix, and prevent leaks using modern tools like "LeakCanary" and Lifecycle-Aware components. --- What’s your go-to tool for debugging performance issues? Let’s talk shop in the comments! 👇 #AndroidDev #Kotlin #MobileAppDevelopment #PerformanceOptimization #CodingTips #SoftwareEngineering

⚡ My Flutter app felt slow on budget phones. APIs were fast. The UI wasn't. 5 things we fixed: → Moved heavy logic out of initState into isolates → Replaced fat widgets with smaller, focused ones → Used ListView.builder instead of static lists → Added const constructors wherever possible → Tested on a ₹7k device, not just our own phones Cold start dropped noticeably. Jank disappeared on low-end devices. The backend wasn't the problem. It never was. What's the biggest performance fix you've made in Flutter? 👇 #Flutter #MobileDev #AndroidDev #FlutterDev #AppPerformance

How Coroutines Work in the Background ?? Not just "use Dispatchers.IO" — but what actually happens inside the JVM when a coroutine suspends, who picks it back up, and why none of this needs a new thread.
