🚀 The End of the "Code-First" Era This simple sketch perfectly illustrates the evolution of software development. 1. 1990: Building an app required deep, manual coding. You were a pioneer fighting the machine. 2. 2015: Frameworks, APIs, and Cloud services started doing the heavy lifting. 3. 2026: We are entering the era of the Architect. Today, the actual "writing" of code is becoming a secondary task. Thanks to AI, low-code platforms, and sophisticated abstractions, the barrier to entry has never been lower. What does this mean for us? 1. Product > Syntax: Your value is no longer measured by how many lines of code you write, but by the problems you solve. 2. Speed to Market: Ideas that used to take months to prototype can now be built in a weekend. 3. The Rise of the Generalist: Technical literacy is still vital, but "Soft Skills"—empathy, design thinking, and strategic logic—are the new "Hard Skills." The "Code" is shrinking, but the "App" (the impact) is bigger than ever. It’s a great time to be a builder. Are we moving toward a "No-Code" future, or will the "Code" slice always be necessary? Let’s discuss below. 👇 #SoftwareDevelopment #AI #FutureOfTech #Coding #Innovation #TechTrends

🧠 Most People Learn Coding… Few Understand Systems Everyone talks about frontend, backend, APIs… But few see the complete flow. 👉 Frontend = Face 👉 API = Messenger 👉 Backend = Brain 👉 Database = Memory A user clicks → request flows → system responds. Simple? Yes. Powerful? Extremely. Most beginners jump into tools. Smart learners understand how things connect. Because Clarity in system thinking = speed in learning 🚀 CTA: Before building apps, ask: 👉 “Do I understand the full flow?” If yes → you build better, faster, smarter. #SystemDesign #WebDevelopment #TechBasics #AI

Saw this on Reddit. It's wrong, but interestingly wrong. The argument: vibe coding is a trendy rebrand for shipping spaghetti code. The subtext: "real" engineers write maintainable code, AI-assisted builders are gluing crap together and calling it craft. Two things this misses. One, most code that ships is disposable by design. Experiments, prototypes, internal tools, weekend builds, hackathon wins. A huge chunk of working software is meant to exist long enough to prove an idea, solve a problem, or replace a manual step until something better comes along. Optimizing every line of that for a 10-year horizon is a category error. Two, engineers have been shipping spaghetti for decades. Tech debt was a thing before Claude could write a "for loop". "Unmaintainable" is not an AI problem. It is a software problem. What AI did was shorten the distance from idea to shipped artifact. That is threatening if your identity is tied to being the gatekeeper of that distance. I build this way constantly as a PM who does not code. POCs to test feature ideas before I pitch them to eng. Internal tools that used to be tickets. Workflows that collapse half a week into an afternoon. A party game last weekend for my friends on the side. Real stack, real infra, real users every time. AI does the lifting. I bring the taste and the judgment calls. Is the code clean? Probably not by purist standards. Does it work, is it used, did it solve the problem I built it for? Yes to all three. That's the bar. The vibe coding wave expands who gets to ship. More people are building more things, and more of those things are getting used. What else should we be measuring? #ProductManagement #AI #BuildInPublic

A year ago, "AI coding assistant" meant tab autocomplete. Today, it means autonomous agents filing PRs, debugging live apps, and building full-stack products from a single prompt. I put together a timeline of the 12 biggest coding and design tools — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Google AntiGravity, Figma AI, and more — and the pace of shipping is staggering. If you're in software, product, or design, this space is worth watching closely. The tools are ahead of most teams' adoption curves. #ai #genai #tool #coding #design #claude
