🚀 Built a Real-Time Sound Level Detector using Python 🎙️ Today I implemented a simple signal processing project that captures live audio using a microphone and computes its intensity in real time. 🔹 Learned how sound signals are processed 🔹 Understood amplitude variations 🔹 Applied NumPy for real-time computation This is a small step towards building advanced embedded and IoT-based audio systems. #ECE #SignalProcessing #Python #LearningByDoing #EngineeringStudent

Me and my team built a"Real-Time Face Recognition & Emotion Detection System". Used Python, OpenCV, LBPH, and DeepFace to identify faces and detect emotions live from a webcam feed. From training the model on a custom dataset to handling multiple faces in real-time, this project pushed us to solve real computer vision challenges. #ComputerVision #AI #Python #MachineLearning #DeepLearning #OpenCV #FinalYearProject

I created a gesture-based air drawing system that enables drawing in the air using hand movements ✋ ✊ 👆 Developed using Python, OpenCV, and a pre trained MediaPipe model for real time hand tracking and gesture recognition. I also implemented a two-hand control mechanism where one hand acts as a “permission switch” to reduce accidental inputs and improve control. It started as a simple idea, but quickly turned into a fun challenge, especially when the system decided to draw unexpected things 😁 Just a beginning, with plenty of improvements and features to explore next ⚡ Github repository: https://lnkd.in/g2ysHBai Project Report: https://lnkd.in/gxAn47ZS #ComputerVision #Python #OpenCV #MediaPipe

When I was an undergrad, Prof. Rohan Lucas used to teach us a subject in electrical engineering, and was famous for drawing circuits in the air, and erasing parts of it when he realized a mistake. Us students used to struggle trying to keep up with the air drawings. This technology would have helped. :D

Controlling my digital world with just a wave of my hand! 👋💻 I’ve been experimenting with Computer Vision and MediaPipe to bridge the gap between physical movement and system controls. By tracking hand landmarks in real-time, I can now adjust volume and brightness without touching a single key . It’s more than just a cool trick—it’s a step toward more natural, touchless human-computer interaction. 🚀 #ComputerVision #Python #OpenCV #MediaPipe #Innovation #TechTrends #HandGestureControl"

🚀 Built a Real-Time Face Detection System using Python! One of those projects that just hits different when you see it working live on your webcam 👁️ Here's what I used under the hood: 🔹 OpenCV – for real-time video capture & drawing bounding boxes 🔹 Haar Cascade / MediaPipe – for accurate face detection 🔹 Python – keeping it clean & simple What it does: ✅ Detects faces in real-time from webcam feed ✅ Draws bounding boxes around detected faces ✅ Works smoothly even on low-end hardware (tested on my laptop – no GPU!) Computer Vision isn't as intimidating as it sounds. Once you break it down step by step, it's actually super fun to build! 🔥 Currently exploring how to extend this into emotion detection and face recognition 👀 Share your thoughts — Have you tried building anything with OpenCV or MediaPipe? Drop it in the comments! 👇 #Python #ComputerVision #OpenCV #FaceDetection #MediaPipe #AIProjects #MachineLearning #BuildInPublic #StudentDeveloper #ArtificialIntelligence #100DaysOfCode #ShadevProjects
