We’re excited to share that our agentic AI journey, led by Phil Merrelll and the PromptCare IT team, was featured in TechTarget's SearchCIO. This is a great validation of the work Phil and his team have been doing to rethink how operations get done. When we started deploying agentic AI, the temptation was to focus on individual tools or point solutions. What we learned quickly: the real value comes from zooming out and optimizing the end-to-end process. Agents don't just automate tasks, they expose where our workflows were never truly efficient in the first place.
