I’m working on a story about *actual* AI use cases in logistics. Everyone knows about call/meeting transcription, deep research, and CSV file auditing. But what companies in logistics are creating REAL value with SPECIFIC use cases for AI in logistics? And what’s still smoke and mirrors? I want the insight and the lessons learned from both companies and practitioners. Let me know who I should interview for an upcoming CargoRex + Everything is Logistics feature. Feel free to comment below, shoot me a DM, or email me at blythe@brumlevebrands dot com.
We keep talking about AI in logistics like it’s copilots and dashboards. It’s not. Real value is only where AI executes — email → shipment, PDF → compliance filing, exception → resolved action. No human re-keying. Everything else is theatre. Also — uncomfortable truth: eBL, digitization, “control towers” — still massively overhyped vs real adoption. We’re building this as a full AI-first operational stack (infra + execution + compliance + memory + SLMs) — and the gap between demo AI and real ops is still huge.
We are still putting AI content to grab the fragmented attention of our ICP here at Keynnect and its going ballistic.
We built AI customized dashboard that showcase all of your departments and their spend. Can calculate how much a truck makes per day down to the minute and have found ways to optimize marketing and sales departments.Check it out https://tryaiden.ai/
Hey, Blythe, you might want to reach out to my old firm, Atlantic Logistics. They're in the process of developing some in-depth AI tools to use at their firm when last I talked to them. I don't think Alex Rodríguez (IT Director) or Rad Ekkawi (in charge of the AI project) are super active on LinkedIn but they'd be the people to ask for.
We’d all like to see actual numbers, pls! 🙏 Tim at AscendTMS (TheFreeTMS.com) By InMotion Global, Inc.

Hey Blythe! Shawn McCarrick would be great to discuss how to automate oversight of parcel spend and performance with AI. SiftedAI Copilot is a great example of this, and we have a plethora of client use cases we can share. He also has great insight on how to evaluate AI tools for logistics, including data security, domain specificity and autonomous action. Feel free to message me or email peyton.hiscocks@sifted.com to coordinate.
The responses have been great! To help manage responses, I’m asking everyone to fill out this super quick intake form that I’ll use to finalize interviews. Please add by Monday 4/27 so we have time to schedule interviews: https://forms.clickup.com/8627749/f/879h5-6771/HKFCLH73124OHE8UO3
