Incredible Health CEO Dr. Iman Abuzeid discusses the company's AI workforce report, which found 50% of healthcare executives see AI as critical but 76% aren't ready to execute. She highlights Incredible Health's AI voice agents, Lyn and Gale, which interview 100% of job candidates and integrate with Workday. The company has raised $100M, doesn't need more capital, and is using AI internally to boost productivity across every team. Full Fortt Knox conversation linked in the comments:
That 50% critical versus 76% not ready to execute gap is the real story here, and Lyn and Gale interviewing 100% of candidates is a concrete way to close it. The tradeoff is that once voice agents touch the front of hiring, speed only holds if scoring criteria and escalation paths are as explicit as the automation.
That gap says everything, AI isn’t blocked by belief, it’s blocked by execution. Everyone agrees it’s critical, but very few have the systems, data and workflows ready to actually deploy it.
