Incredible Health Lyn AI Integrates ATS for 24/7 Interviews Why this matters: - Healthcare organizations can drastically reduce hiring delays by automating first-round interviews, addressing talent shortages and preventing loss of top candidates to faster competitors - Embedding AI directly into ATS transforms static candidate pipelines into always-on hiring systems, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and easing recruiter workload Our take: This signals a major shift toward fully automated, AI-led hiring workflows—while it boosts speed and scale, organizations must balance efficiency with human oversight to maintain candidate experience and trust. What do you think? Will AI-led interviews become the default first step in hiring, or will candidates push back on fully automated screening? AI is powerful, but it’s process clarity, speed, and human judgment that separate effective hiring teams from the rest. #Hiring #TalentAcquisition #Recruitment #FutureOfWork #AIinHR

⚠️ BURNOUT CRISIS 60% of Recruiters Are Burned Out — And It's Not What You Think It's not the candidate calls. It's not the interviews. It's not even the rejections. It's the admin work. Reports show 60% of recruiters are burned out due to repetitive administrative tasks: 📋 Manual data entry 📋 Scheduling interviews across 12 time zones 📋 Updating ATS systems 📋 Chasing candidates for status updates 📋 Creating weekly reports no one reads The irony? Recruiters got into this field to build relationships and close deals — not push paper. AI can save recruiters 15–17 hours per week by automating: ✅ Resume parsing and initial screening ✅ Interview scheduling ✅ Follow-up email sequences ✅ ATS updates ✅ Reporting dashboards At Hirion Service, we've built systems that let our recruiters do what they do best: Connect with people. Because 66% of candidates accept offers when the experience is positive. And positive experiences don't come from bots. They come from humans who have time to care. 📧 hrd@hirionservice.com #RecruiterBurnout #RecruitmentAutomation #HirionService #AIinHR #WorkplaceBurnout #TalentAcquisition #HRTech

Recruitment has changed. Candidate expectations are rising, hiring managers want more insight, and recruiters are expected to be marketers, advisors, and analysts all at once. AI isn’t here to replace recruiters. It’s here to give them time back. By automating busywork like job descriptions, interview frameworks, and reporting, recruiters can focus on what matters: building relationships, making strategic decisions, and driving better hiring outcomes. In our latest blog, we explore how AI is reshaping recruitment workflows, collaboration, and expectations and how platforms like Poetry make adoption simple, structured, and human-first. 📖 Read more here: https://lnkd.in/e6bNHzvq #YouCanDoThatInPoetry #TalentAcqusition #HiringEnablement

“AI tools should just support, not replace, human decision-making and hiring to prevent bias and maintain fairness.” Over the past few years, I’ve been closely exploring the role of ATS systems in modern hiring. This led to an opportunity to be interviewed by Canadian HR Reporter on the topic. I’m grateful to be part of a conversation that challenges how we approach talent and technology. Today’s hiring challenges are often framed as a “skills gap,” but in reality, the issue runs deeper. Many strong candidates never reach human review, as Applicant Tracking Systems filter resumes based on rigid criteria where even small issues (formatting, wording, resume versions) can lead to rejection. So, who should we blame for this problem: the job seeker, the employer, or the technology? Human resources departments sometimes rely too heavily on automated processes, potentially overlooking true potential, essentially ‘hiring people without people.’ The current recruitment problem isn't just a skills gap, but a systems gap, a lack of knowledge about how to trust technology. Could we be eliminating the talent we're trying to find simply because we haven't chosen the right ATS system to fit our company's ecosystem? For the full article: https://lnkd.in/eSmtWcrp

This week's HR press review. "AI is making hiring harder, according to [an earlier HR Reporter} report. A separate Robert Half report claims the technology is slowing down the whole process." ATS systems regularly let valuable candidates get lost through the cracks because of technicalities like using an image or a text box, wrong formatting or wording in their CV. Additionally, these systems often act as a separate tool, not consistent with other software tools used by the organisation and not very well aligned with rules and processes. Each ATS tool has its own "way of working, coding, listing, sourcing", It's supremely confusing not only for candidates, but also for HR teams themselves, who are not necessarily always well trained to use the AI-based software critically and wisely. “When we think about it, human resources departments hire humans without humans – it sounds so weird,” [Arev Kizilkaya, HR professional]

The future of recruitment isn't just about finding talent; it's about finding time. Many HR teams are still sifting through hundreds, sometimes thousands, of CVs manually. It's a critical, yet often draining, process that keeps them from engaging with candidates, focusing on strategy, or building culture. That's exactly the challenge a recent client faced. Their team was overwhelmed, losing valuable time to administrative tasks rather than human connection. So, we collaborated to build an end-to-end AI recruitment pipeline. This isn't just a fancy tool; it's a game-changer. Here's how it works: it screens up to 500 CVs automatically, intelligently ranks candidates based on predefined criteria, and even schedules initial interviews – all without human intervention in the early stages. The real impact? Their HR Lead told us, "It's like having a superpower! We've finally shifted from resume review to candidate *engagement* and strategic talent planning. Our team is energized, focusing on what truly matters: connecting with people and shaping our future workforce, not just processing paperwork." This isn't about replacing human judgment; it's about amplifying it. It's about empowering HR professionals to move beyond the transactional and into the transformational. Where could intelligent automation unlock hidden potential within your own operations? #AIinHR #RecruitmentInnovation #FutureofWork #TalentAcquisition #HRTech

Ever notice how the Sunday scaries hit a little harder on Monday when you’re staring down a stack of hundreds of applicants who may or may not be qualified for your open jobs? That feeling has a name, but it's also a conflict. In the age of modern AI, recruiters (and those in SMBs who do the job even if that's not their title) wrestle with the tension between doing things fast and doing them right. Is there a happy medium between the two? Can you lean into one without sacrificing the other? What goes on behind the scenes in the tools we use to help us make better hiring decisions? As Jumpstart HR | HR Consulting & Tech Strategy to Elevate People, Culture, and Performance continues to be the bridge between HR research and HR reality, I'll be sharing reflections on technologies that help address the industry's biggest challenges. Hopefully, my latest piece covering Indeed's Smart Screening helps shed light on how their thinking about this tension and what to do about it. Give it a read and let me know your thoughts!
