But I'm now very passionately fond of observing Genesis. Today there is a generation change every five years. I mean a 22 year old doesn't know what on earth the 27 year old is talking about. So it's not 15 years anymore. But one thing that is I mean for any intelligent Zenzi and I remember this young woman called Nandhini was one of our first associates in this company that we currently part of global talent track. And Nandini is the one who used that word in the presentation. She titled the presentation Impossible is Nothing. So I remember calling her and Sandra, do you mean nothing is impossible? She says no, I'm very clear that impossible is nothing. Now what is the nuance difference? The difference is that when you say nothing is impossible, you're kind of willing to explore various things, etcetera, etcetera. But for Nandini, the purpose that she was there in the organization for was clear to her at the age of 22, which certainly didn't happen to me till I was 31. OK. So I think given the fact that they're so sure about what they want to do, they are also equally sure about what they don't want to do. So when she. Finds that, look, there is something that she doesn't want to do for her that's impossible. She will not do it nor that she can't do it, but she won't do it. So I think that's a joy of Genesis. And I think working with Genz's, being reverse mentored by them and getting them, getting that kind of, you know, input into them. I think it's amazing. So I, I love the Genexis, the Genies and the Genz are the most spectacular form of humanity that we see nowadays.
