Starting a new series: JS Under the Hood While learning JavaScript, I realized something — most bugs don’t come from syntax, they come from not understanding how things actually work behind the scenes. So I’m starting this series to break down small but important JavaScript concepts in a simple way. JS Under the Hood #1 JavaScript fact: console is not just for logging. You can: ->group logs (console.group) ->measure performance (console.time) ->differentiate warnings and errors Example: console.time("loop") for (let i = 0; i < 1_000_000; i++) {} console.timeEnd("loop") Why this matters: Debugging and performance tracking becomes much clearer when you use the right console tools. Building this daily alongside my learning. Thank you Hitesh Choudhary sir, Piyush Garg sir, Anirudh Jwala sir for the support #JavaScript #WebDevelopment #CodingJourney #LearnToCode #100DaysOfCode #Developers #Programming #TechCareers

30 Days JavaScript Challenge : Day 27 ✅ Today’s problem was about creating a compact object basically removing all falsy values from an object or array, even if they are nested. At first glance it looks easy, but once nested structures come in, it gets interesting. This problem really tests your understanding of: Falsy values (null, 0, false, "", etc.) Recursion for nested objects/arrays Treating arrays like objects (since indices are keys) It’s one of those questions that feels very practical like cleaning API responses or filtering unwanted data before using it. Definitely helped me think more deeply about how JavaScript handles data structures. Almost at the end now… consistency paying off 🚀 #javascript #leetcode #webdevelopment #frontenddeveloper #codingchallenge #learninginpublic #developers #programming #buildinpublic

30 Days JavaScript Challenge: Day 23 ✅ Today’s problem was about building our own version of groupBy() something that’s actually super useful in real projects. The idea was simple: Take an array, run a function on each element, and group elements based on the key that function returns. What I liked about this one is how it makes you think about data transformation not just looping, but structuring data in a cleaner and more usable way. Something like: Group users by id Split numbers based on a condition Organize data for UI rendering All of this becomes much easier once you understand this pattern. Another small step, but feels like I’m getting better at writing cleaner and more practical JavaScript. #javascript #leetcode #webdevelopment #frontenddeveloper #codingchallenge #learninginpublic #developers #programming #buildinpublic

Mastering API Calls in JavaScript 🚀 This poster breaks down the core concepts of handling APIs in JavaScript using fetch(), .then(), .catch(), and try...catch. Learn how to send requests, process responses, and handle errors like a pro. fetch() → used to make API requests .then() → handles successful responses .catch() → catches errors in promises try...catch → manages errors in async/await Understanding these concepts is essential for building real-world applications that communicate with servers efficiently. Fetch data. Handle it. Fix errors. Repeat. #JavaScript #WebDevelopment #FrontendDeveloper #FullStackDeveloper #CodingLife #APIs #AsyncJavaScript #100DaysOfCode #LearnToCode #DeveloperLife #TechLearning #Programming #CodeNewbie #SoftwareDevelopment #CodingTips

30 Days JavaScript Challenge : Day 26 ✅ Today’s problem was about flattening a multi-dimensional array, but with a twist we were given a depth n and had to flatten only up to that level. Not a full flatten, not a shallow one… somewhere in between. It really makes you think about recursion and depth control: When to go deeper When to stop How to keep track of current depth What I liked is how this problem builds intuition around nested data structures something you see a lot in real apps (APIs, configs, UI trees, etc.). Slowly getting more comfortable with recursion and thinking in layers. #javascript #leetcode #webdevelopment #frontenddeveloper #codingchallenge #learninginpublic #developers #programming #buildinpublic

30 Days JavaScript Challenge: Day 18 ✅ Today’s problem was about implementing a debounce function. The idea is simple but very useful delay the execution of a function, and if it gets called again within that delay, cancel the previous call and restart the timer. This concept is widely used in real-world scenarios like: • search input optimization • reducing unnecessary API calls • handling rapid user events It was a great exercise to understand how timers and function control work together in JavaScript. 18 days in getting more comfortable with concepts that are actually used in real applications. 💻🚀 #javascript #leetcode #webdevelopment #frontenddeveloper #codingchallenge #learninginpublic #developers #programming #buildinpublic

⚡ The JavaScript Mistake I Kept Making (And How I Fixed It) When I started learning JavaScript, I thought this was fine: if (value == 10) { console.log("Equal"); } But later, I learned something important: 👉 == vs === So I changed it to: if (value === 10) { console.log("Equal"); } 💡 What’s the difference? 🔹 == → checks value only (does type conversion) 🔹 === → checks value + type (strict comparison) 🚨 Example: 0 == false // true 😯 0 === false // false ✅ 🔥 The lesson? 👉 Always prefer === in real projects 👉 It avoids unexpected bugs 👉 Makes your code more predictable 📌 Small concepts like this separate beginners from confident developers. What JavaScript mistake taught you the most? #JavaScript #Coding #WebDevelopment #Programming #Developers #LearningJourney #CodeNewbie #codebegun

🚀 Day 27 of My JavaScript Learning Journey Today I learned about Compact Objects in JavaScript. Sometimes objects or arrays contain falsy values like null, undefined, false, 0, or empty strings. Compacting helps remove unwanted values and keep only meaningful data. ✨ What I learned today: ✅ Understanding falsy values in JavaScript ✅ Cleaning objects and arrays ✅ Using recursion for deep structures ✅ Writing efficient utility functions Cleaning data is an important step in building robust and reliable applications 🚀 #Day27 #JavaScript #WebDevelopment #CodingJourney #LearningInPublic #coddy #FrontendDevelopment #100DaysOfCode #ProgrammerLife #Developers #CleanCode

🚀 Day 5/100 JavaScript #100daysofcodechallenge 🚀 📌 Today’s Progress: Today I built a MathBot using JavaScript. The bot teaches how the Math object works by showing real examples. It generates random numbers, creates numbers within a range, and converts them into whole numbers. It also shows how different rounding methods behave and how to find the highest and lowest values in a set of numbers. This project helped me understand how numbers work in JavaScript and how small formulas control outcomes. I am starting to see how simple logic can power real features in applications. One step at a time. One concept at a time.
