There are four methods you can use to prioritize posted jobs automatically on LinkedIn.

The different options operate in the following order of priority:

You can change or update your job source through the settings in Recruiter. Go to Product settings > Job posting > Job sources for automated job postings to add job sources.

Sometimes our job wrapping system may misinterpret a job location due to a number of reasons. For example, if your job is located in Dublin, it could be posted as Dublin, Ireland or Dublin, California, USA. 

You can resolve location-related job posting issues in Recruiter by manually updating the location for the job post in the Jobs tab for Basic jobs. You can also set up data mapping for ATS jobs in your company settings. See the links below.

If you have multiple LinkedIn Pages that need to be associated to jobs being posted through Job Wrapping, we will need to map it on the backend to ensure jobs are being attached to the correct Page.

You can set up company page mappings for automated job postings in Recruiter. You can also reach out to our support team and provide a link to the additional LinkedIn Pages and how to identify which jobs should be linked to the additional Page.

To prevent a job from ever being posted on LinkedIn, include the tag #LI-DNI (meaning "Do Not Ingest") somewhere in the job description. This indicates to the system to ignore this job, ensuring it will never be posted on LinkedIn.

If you would like the job to still appear on LinkedIn as a Limited Listing, but to never use one of your Premium Job Slots, you can include the tag #LI-DNP (meaning "Do Not Promote").

We renew jobs automatically every 30 days and also when they are promoted or demoted (moved in or out of a slot).
