Change an ATS or job source for Job Wrapping in Recruiter

You can set up automated Job Wrapping to automatically post jobs on LinkedIn, or change the ATS or job source for Job Wrapping for your contract.

This allows you to automatically post jobs from your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or job source to LinkedIn to increase the visibility of job postings on LinkedIn, reaching a larger audience and attracting more qualified candidates.

Important to know

You’ll need to complete different steps depending on whether you have an API or XML-enabled ATS or a supported source. If you’re only asked to enter your company page when connecting your ATS, follow the steps under the API or XML-enabled ATS section below.

To change an API or XML-enabled ATS source for Job Wrapping:

  1. Move your cursor over your profile picture at the top of your Recruiter homepage and select Product settings from the dropdown.

  2. Click Job posting on the left-hand side.  

  3. Next to Job sources for automated job postings, click View/Edit.

  4. Click  Add new job source. 

  5. In the Connect your ATS slide-in window:

    • Select your ATS from the dropdown
    • Enter your company page on LinkedIn

  6. Check if jobs appear and if they're displayed correctly.

    • If jobs are detected and are correct, click Request connection. Your job source will appear under configured sources. 
    • If jobs are not detected or they're displayed incorrectly, click Chat available and follow the steps below.

  7. Once you've requested help, fill out the following information in the chat window:

    • Job source URL 
    • Your estimated number of expected open jobs from the new source 
    • Company page on LinkedIn  
    • Applicant source tracking code (optional)  
    • Additional information (optional) 

  8. Click Request connection.  

Your ATS will connect, and jobs will automatically post on LinkedIn. You can add or edit an applicant source tracking code or edit a configured source in the Job sources for automated job postings setting.
