When backfill is enabled on your contract, all the job slots you leave unused will automatically be filled with the most recently posted jobs from your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or career site. You can select one designated job poster to use backfill per contract.

From the Recruiter homepage, move your cursor over your profile photo in the top right corner and select Product settings from the dropdown.

Under Job Promotion Settings, click Promotion settings.

Click Edit next to Enable job backfill and set a default job poster.

Click On or Off to enable or disable the feature.

Enter the name of the default poster for any backfilled jobs.

Click Save.
Alternatively, you can pin or tag the specific jobs you want, add a new rule, or exclude any job from being posted on LinkedIn.
