With this feature, employees can easily discover open jobs at your company in both LinkedIn Learning Career Hub and directly on LinkedIn.com Jobs home. This helps employees connect to internal opportunities that align with their career goals and skills—all within the platforms they already use.
Important to know
Employees of any eligible organization as outlined above can see this collection of internal jobs on Linkedin.com.
Employees at your company can find internal jobs under Jobs. Employees can also find internal jobs if they use search filters or visit your company page.
Customers cannot disable the feature from appearing in the user's experience.
Yes. Jobs from your company will still appear on LinkedIn.com if you disable the Jobs feature on LinkedIn Learning Career Hub.
If you manage your pipeline within LinkedIn Recruiter, the candidate will appear as an Internal Candidate. If you manage your pipeline via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), the applicant may or may not be labeled as an internal candidate. This depends on whether your ATS can identify them. You can reach out to your ATS for confirmation.
No. You cannot drive employees to your organization's existing internal job board. However, you can drive your employees to LinkedIn Learning Career Hub where they can explore all open roles at your company. You also can add custom links to the recommendations carousel on Hub.
No reporting is available for this feature at this time.
Employees will see jobs based your LinkedIn Company ID. If multiple subsidiaries fall under a parent company’s Company ID, then the employees will see all jobs from the subsidiaries and parent company. To manage your Company ID, please reach out to your account team.
Jobs are pulled directly from your organization’s company page on LinkedIn.com. Any jobs posted there will flow through regardless of the type of ingestion (ATS, job wrapping, etc.) or jobs (paid jobs or free jobs).
Learners can see any publicly available jobs from your company that have been posted to LinkedIn.com on your organization’s Company Page. Only jobs posted directly to that page will automatically flow in; affiliate jobs will not. If you would like to enable this view, you may do so in your connected Recruiter instance product settings.
There are a few reasons why you can't see jobs within LinkedIn Learning:
-
You're not a LinkedIn Learning Career Hub customer - Only LinkedIn Learning Career Hub customers can see jobs within LinkedIn Learning. This feature is not available for LinkedIn Learning-only customers.
-
You have an unbound account and haven't set a career goal - Only learners who've set a career goal or have connected their Learning account to LinkedIn can see jobs.
-
There are no jobs at your company that meet your criteria - Your company isn't hiring for your current or desired role, in your geography.
-
Your geo location is incorrect - LinkedIn Learning surfaces jobs based on the location preferences set in your account. Access Settings & Privacy, then Name, location, and industry, to make sure it's current.
-
There’s an issue with your Company ID - If your company doesn’t have a company ID, LinkedIn will default to showing jobs from your parent company or the associated company ID in LinkedIn’s system (for ex. a reporting company). If that company doesn’t have jobs posted, you won’t see jobs in LinkedIn Learning Career Hub.
Here's a tip
You can learn more about your Company ID or update settings by reaching out to your account director.
If you’d like to hide jobs from your company in LinkedIn Learning Career Hub, you can turn the feature off within the admin center.
If an employee wants to apply for a job they see in LinkedIn Learning Career Hub, the flow will mirror the same experience that exists on LinkedIn.com. So, if your job posts are connected to an ATS on LinkedIn.com, then job posts on Career Hub will also connect to your ATS.
Yes. You can add a custom URL to your internal job portal from the jobs module in LinkedIn Learning Career Hub, but not directly to individual job listings. This will only show on the recommended jobs carousel, not All Jobs.
An aggregate view of job clicks across your organization per top roles is available in the Career Insights Report. Note that at this time, we only track jobs engagement for learners who have also set their career goals.
Skills listed on your company’s jobs in LinkedIn Learning Career Hub are based on the job posting. If your company has manually added skills to a job posting within LinkedIn.com (explicit skills), those skills will display on the job within Career Hub. If not, LinkedIn includes skills based on keywords listed within the job description (implicit skills) using LinkedIn’s Skills graph.
You may be seeing a different number of jobs on LinkedIn Learning than on your internal job board for the following reasons:
- Your internal board may include internal-only positions that your organization has yet to send to LinkedIn.
- Your internal job board may include affiliate jobs which your org has yet to enable in Hub.
- Your internal job board may include part-time positions and gigs, which do not surface in Hub today.

We have removed these tabs to simplify the user experience and focus on the most important enhancements. If an organization has provided the information, it is still discoverable across every job description page from any open role found in the board.
