You can support internal mobility by automatically posting 100% of your open roles, including internal-only ones, for your employees to discover on LinkedIn Learning Hub. You can do this either via an Internal Mobility integration with an eligible Applicant Tracking System (ATS), or with an XML feed.

- This and other Internal Mobility features are available to customers who have purchased both LinkedIn Learning Hub and LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Enterprise Jobs.
- For ATS Integrations: Any customer who uses an ATS that has an Internal Mobility integration with LinkedIn can enable this functionality.
- For XML feed: Any customer with an existing XML feed, or the ability to create one.
- Gr8 People and Cegid (Talentsoft and Digital Recruiters).
- If you don’t see your ATS listed above, please contact your ATS representative and share your interest in this integration with them.
- Access your eligible ATS and navigate to your LinkedIn Integration Widget.
- Within Apply Package, navigate to the Internal Mobility checkbox.
- Select the checkbox and save the changes to enable the integration.
