If you are a LinkedIn member in the EU, you can toggle “On” or “Off” the privacy setting in Settings > LinkedIn Services > Learning. This feature allows you to consent to appear in LinkedIn search results.
Learners can discover new internal job opportunities in LinkedIn Learning Hub as well as relevant skills and learning content, based on their career goals and skills.
All types of Jobs in Career Hub are available only to joint Career Hub and Hire (Recruiter and/or Enterprise Jobs) customers. They are not available to Hub-only, Hire-only or Learning-only customers.
These jobs are delivered in two ways:
- Curated, relevant recommended jobs at your company
- A list of all open jobs at your company that learners can explore

Recommended Jobs at your company in Career Hub
- Employees can see a carousel of recommended publicly-available jobs at their company on LinkedIn Learning Career Hub, aligned to their set career intent, current title, and LinkedIn profile skills.
- This carousel surfaces on learner's learning homepage when open roles are available that match the relevance criteria listed above.
All Jobs at your company in Career Hub
- Employees can easily view all publicly available open jobs at their company, leveraging a skills search match to navigate to their best-fit roles and uncover essential content to upskill as needed.
- This view of all jobs is available to employees by either selecting the Show All Jobs CTA from recommended jobs on Learning Hub, or from the Internal Jobs Collection on Linkedin.com. In addition, learners can easily access this view from anytime via the Jobs tab on the left side navigation menu in learn.
- Includes search filters, as well as a Skills Search Match to help learners find their best fit roles leveraging LinkedIn’s unique skills data.
- Job Descriptions include recommended learning content to upskill as needed to help learners qualify for the roles they want.
- Employees can toggle on the Internal Jobs filter to view internal-only jobs if your company has sent them to LinkedIn.
