My playbook: Discover first -> context, constraints, KPIs, regulators. Frame risk -> quantify downtime, compliance exposure, CX impact. Lead with assurance -> rapid QA Health Check for SAP / Oracle / Salesforce / D365 / Workday. Map outcomes -> release cadence, SLOs, audit-readiness, cost-to-serve. Prove fast -> a tight pilot (TCoE lite, Tosca/Testim/AccelQ/Selenium), then scale.
