Availability of Account IQ in Sales Navigator

Account IQ shows you powerful insights on Account pages in Sales Navigator.

Who can use this feature?

Account IQ is available with all Sales Navigator subscriptions (Core, Advanced, and Advanced Plus). Admins can turn Account IQ on or off for all users on their account.

While many Account pages display Account IQ insights, this feature isn’t currently available for all companies, and some sections of the summary may be excluded. Review the table below to learn about Account IQ availability.

Account IQ isn't displayed on an Account page.

Account IQ isn't available for the following types of companies:

  • Companies with 49 employees and below
  • Self-employed or owned companies
  • Government agencies
  • Partnership companies
  • Educational institutions
  • Small hospitality entities
  • Companies that publish news and blogs
The revenue section is missing. Account IQ only currently displays specific financial information for US public companies.
Other sections are missing. Account IQ relies on credible sources across the internet. In the absence of reliable information, certain categories such as strategic priorities or challenges may not be included or displayed in Sales Navigator.
Account IQ isn't displayed on any Account pages If Account IQ isn't available for any accounts, your admin may have turned off Account IQ for all users on your Sales Navigator account.
