Although you can't delete a message in Sales Navigator, you can archive and unarchive messages directly from your Sales Navigator Inbox. This will move the message out of the Inbox tab and into the Archived tab, allowing you to retrieve it at a later time.

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click Messaging at the top of your homepage.
You are taken to the Sales Navigator inbox. Your messages will appear on the left of the page. By default, you will see all messages.

Click the message that you want to archive.
The selected message appears in the middle panel of your screen.

Archive displayed at the top of the message.

Open the Sales Navigator mobile app.

Tap
Messages at the bottom right of your home screen. You'll be taken to your list of existing conversations, organized by people.

Select the conversation you'd like to archive.

Select
Archive displayed at the top of the conversation.
