You can view archived messages directly from your Sales Navigator Inbox.
To access messages that you've archived:

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click on the Messaging tab at the top of your homepage.
You are taken to the Sales Navigator inbox. Your messages will appear on the left of the page. By default, you will see all messages.

Click All messages
and from the dropdown, select Archived to view all the messages you’ve archived. Here's a tip
After you have accessed your archived messages, if you'd like to unarchive a message, select the message, and click Unarchive.
To access messages that you've archived:

Open the Sales Navigator mobile app.

Tap
Messages at the bottom right of your home screen. You'll then be taken to your list of existing conversations, organized by people.

Tap
Filter to filter your messages by archived. After you have accessed your archived messages, if you'd like to unarchive a message, tap More >
Restore.
