Unarchive messages in Sales Navigator

Although you can't delete a message in Sales Navigator, you can archive and unarchive messages directly from your Sales Navigator Inbox. This will move the message out of the Inbox tab and into the Archived tab, allowing you to retrieve it at a later time. When you unarchive a message, it will move the message back into your Inbox tab.

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Messaging at the top of your homepage.

    You are taken to the Sales Navigator inbox. Your messages will appear on the left of the page. By default, you will see all messages.

  3. Click All messages and from the dropdown, select Archived to view all the messages you’ve archived.

  4. Click the message you’d like to unarchive.

    The selected message appears in the middle panel of your screen.

  5. Click Unarchive displayed at the top of the message.
