Learning Management is divided into a homepage and three main tabs:
-
Homepage: This page is a great place to check in regularly as you manage learners and content. The page will evolve as you use, and become more familiar with Learning, and contains valuable, time-saving resources.
You'll notice your homepage includes rich insights across learning and development in your organization, recommended actions to meet your organization’s goals, and helpful links to make the most of Learning in your organization.
At the top of your homepage, you see three "cards":
- License activation rate - The percentage of your organization's available licenses that learners have activated.
- The number of learners in your organization who have viewed content.
- The number of courses your organization's learners have completed.
The Activation rate chart shows the percentage of available licenses that your organization's learners have activated if that percentage is less than 50%. If the activation rate is over 50%, the chart shows the number of learners who have activated their licenses.

People
: The People tab helps admins organize all the learners in their Learning account, and opens a new window with the LinkedIn Admin Center experience. This tab has separate pages around managing Users, Groups, and other Admins/sub admins.
You can use the People tab to add learners individually or in bulk to your Learning account, create groups, and manage admin permissions. The people page additionally contains all the information about the learners attached to your Learning account. (See Related tasks section below.) -
Content: This page helps admins recommend and share links to learning paths, collections, and courses. The Featured tab of the content page also helps admins understand what language they can recommend Learning content in, and provides an exhaustive list of topics for choosing content.
As an admin, you can leverage this features on this tab to search for topics, skills, and courses you'd like to recommend to your learners or groups, manage custom content, recommend content to learners, and create a learning path or collection. (See Related tasks section below.) -
Insights: This page contains information on how individual learners and groups are engaging with the content on LinkedIn Learning. The page contains dashboard analytics, data around how many learners have watched or are watching, the content you've recommended, skills insights, and the ability to download reports. (See Related tasks and Learn more sections below.)
