Last updated: 1 month ago

Learning admins may need to update their organization’s name or logo as their brands evolve.

Important to know

Admin functionality isn’t available within the Learning apps. To access Learning Management, please use a desktop device.

Change your brand

To change the organization’s name or logo on LinkedIn Learning:
  1. From Learning Management, select Settings > Customization > Branding.

  2. To update:

    • Your organization's logo: Click Edit and select the new image you’d like to use for your logo.
    • Your organization's name: Enter a new name in the box provided.
  3. Click Save.

Remove your brand

You can choose to use the LinkedIn Learning platform without co-branding. Uploading a company logo and adding a company name is optional. You can remove existing co-branding at any time.

To remove the organization’s name or logo on LinkedIn Learning:

  1. From Learning Management, select Settings > Customization > Branding.

  2. Click Clear all at the bottom of the page to clear existing co-branding.

  3. In the pop-up that appears click Clear.

Here's a tip

Co-branding is mandatory to allow learners to browse your custom content. Clearing the logo and company name also hides the custom content tab from the browse page. You can still share custom content via direct link.
