After enabling xAPI integration, LinkedIn Learning course completions will be sent to Workday, regardless of where the learning originates (ex: LinkedIn, LinkedIn Learning, Workday, etc.). Admins can also select additional metrics to share with Workday while configuring the xAPI integration:

No. Completion reporting is not affected by this integration.
A Learning admin can view the Learning Admin dashboard, and select the Content Provider tab to view engagement. Please contact your Workday team for more details on how these metrics can be found in Workday reporting.
