This integration is available for LinkedIn Learning or LinkedIn Learning Career Hub customers who have Workday Learning with the Workday Cloud Connect for Learning (CCL) add-on. The integration is also required if you want to sync your organization's skills data in LinkedIn Learning to Workday.

Yes. Legacy preview integrations may need to be disabled. If the legacy integration is already active in production, enabling the new Workday CCL integration does not disable it.

We recommend that you migrate your existing legacy instance to the Cloud Connect for Learning platform, as this is the strategic path forward for our learning content integration with Workday. The integration will have no impact to historical content and completion status.

The legacy integration will continue to be maintained, but we suggest configuring the new integration with Workday CCL to make more LinkedIn Learning content formats available in Workday and mapped to Workday skills.

If you already have the legacy deep integration configured, you may still set up the new integration with Workday CCL. When you configure the new integration, the legacy deep integration is automatically disabled. Your Workday instance will continue to receive LinkedIn Learning content and reporting data during the transition between the two integrations.

No. There are currently no plans to deprecate the legacy integration. However, we recommend migrating to the new CCL platform integration to take advantage of additional capabilities and future improvements.
