    This mastermind concept is applied by Hahn for the purpose of cascading best practices in people, processes and systems to create a change oriented culture for members. Each "Corporate Mind" group is focused on growth and development of Executives and CEO's.

    The "Corporate Mind" is a Safe haven for executives to share and learn and is supported by a comprehensive series of workshops, assessments, trainings and coaching customized to the unique needs of each member. Limited to small groups of less than 12, we meet monthly to share perspectives and opportunities to strengthen each member's Human Capital, systems, processes and financials.
    As the facilitator to the group, I provide an introduction to relevant topics and challenges followed by engaging in provocative and thoughtful discussions. Each member outlines tactical solutions to their top strategic concerns to which the group holds them accountable. Additional blended and experiential learning is provided, leading to sustainable improvement and a competitive advantage.
