Creatives don’t burn out from too much time being creative. They burn out from from bad briefs, unclear feedback, and meetings that interrupt the flow. The best creative leaders I know practice the art of addition by subtraction. Fewer people in the approval chain, shorter feedback cycles, less ambiguity. Fix the ops.
