Many DAM systems are built around how work should be done. But content ops under pressure doesn’t behave that way. Deadlines shift. Approvals happen in Slack. Versions go backward before they move forward. When the system doesn’t reflect that reality, people stop trusting it and start working around it. If you want adoption, design for real human behavior.
