Edit a product or service in Sales Navigator

You can edit products and services in Sales Navigator to help make Account IQ insights and Message Assist InMail message drafts more personalized to the products and services you offer. Product and service personalization allows you to more effectively research companies, find the right people to contact, and engage in meaningful conversations.

Who can use this feature?

Product and service personalization is available with Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus. We’re gradually making this feature available to Core users, and you might not have access to it at this time. If your admin has restricted user-added products and services, you won’t be able to edit products and services.

To edit a product or service:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner and select Settings.

  3. In the Tell us about your product or service section, click Edit next to the product or service you’d like to edit.

    Important to know

    If you don’t see an Edit option, the product was added by an admin and can’t be edited. If you’re an admin, you can edit the product from your admin settings.

  4. Edit the product or service name, description, or category. The URL can’t be edited, so if you need to change the website associated with the product or service, you can create a new product or service.

  5. Click the Save button.

Important to know

During Sales Assistant setup, your products or services may be displayed to other users on your account. We’re gradually making Sales Assistant available and you might not currently have access to it.
