The Company filter is available within the Talent Insights Talent Pool report and within the Talent Insights report in Recruiter.
Company filter in Talent Insights
The Company filter in Talent Insights allows you to specify which companies to include or exclude in talent pool searches. For example, you can add Google to a Talent Pool Report focused on software engineers in San Francisco.
When applying the Company filter within LTI, please be aware that certain data within the LTI Talent Pool Report won't be available if adding the Company filter to a search reveals sensitive information about that company or the information is no longer relevant when a Company filter is applied. Several sections of the LTI Talent Pool Report often will be suppressed with the Company filter applied, including gender, employer value proposition data, and untapped companies.
Company filter in Recruiter
You can include the Company filter from your Recruiter search in the Talent Insights report within Recruiter. Now, Recruiter users can see a closer match of their Recruiter search within the Talent Insights report.
When transferring Recruiter searches into the Talent Insights report, only current data is available. Therefore, if a Recruiter user clicks Talent Insights for a search with a past company filter applied, the filter will be updated to current and they will see Talent Insights data for the talent pool currently working at the given company.
Similar to Talent Insights, certain data will be suppressed in the Talent Insights report when applying the Company filter (for example, gender, and untapped companies).
