As a Talent Insights user, you can generate a Talent Insights report directly in your Recruiter project using your project’s Talent pool search criteria. This allows you to easily access market data while sourcing candidates in Recruiter.
Generate a Recruiter Search using Talent Insights
The Talent Pool report in LinkedIn Talent Insights is integrated with LinkedIn Recruiter, allowing you to auto-generate a Recruiter search with the same search filters you apply in Talent Insights.
Here's a tip
You must have Recruiter to generate a Recruiter search from Talent Insights. This feature is not available for Recruiter Lite and geo-fenced Recruiter licenses.
