As a LinkedIn Talent Insights user, you can generate a Talent Insights report directly in your LinkedIn Recruiter project using your project’s Talent pool search criteria. You can also view Talent Insights sourcing tips. This allows you to easily access market data while sourcing candidates in Recruiter.
To generate a Talent Insights report from your Recruiter project:

Click Projects at the top of the Recruiter homepage. You can also use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

Your report will be auto-generated in the Talent Insights tab of your project using the data from the supported Talent Insights filters.

Click View more insights to launch the Talent Pool report in Talent Insights.
The Talent Insights report is generated using the search filters selected in your Recruiter project’s Talent Pool search. Some Recruiter search filters aren’t available and are excluded from Talent Insights reports.
