You can view sourcing tips and data about the talent pool’s turnover in Talent insights on the left pane of your Recruiter project.

Top companies employing this talent: View the top companies and the number of professionals in the talent pool.

Peer companies employing this talent: The peer list is generated based on general company attributes, such as size and industry. It’s also based on LinkedIn member behavior, such as which other companies members search for after looking at a company.

Untapped companies: These are companies that you may not have thought of as sources for talent. For the talent you’ve searched for, we look at the companies you hire from and then find companies that they hire from. We exclude any companies you’re already hiring from.

Hidden gem locations: View locations where the supply of professionals is high relative to hiring demand.

Talent migration patterns: View locations that have gained and lost talent from your selected location. You can view by City, Market Area, or Country/Territory.

Related job titles: View related job titles and the number of professionals, growth percentage, and top employers for each job title.
