There are four different ways jobs can be posted using automation on LinkedIn:
- Basic job posts are free job posts gathered by LinkedIn from job boards and aggregators across the web to create a comprehensive job seeking experience for LinkedIn members.
- Job Wrapping automatically post jobs from your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or career site into LinkedIn job slots managed through LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Job Posting API is a feature which enables authorized third parties, such as clients, ATS systems, and job distributors to post jobs directly to LinkedIn in real time on behalf of LinkedIn Recruiter customers with premium job slots.
- Recruiter System Connect (RSC) integrates LinkedIn Recruiter with your ATS which enables you to get up-to-date candidate information, boost collaboration while improving the candidate experience, and access more applicant data in Recruiter.
