If you are having issues with the LinkedIn Jobs Conversion Pixel, first verify that you have followed the instructions for adding the Jobs Conversion Pixel correctly to your website or ATS. If you’re experiencing issues after you’ve verified these steps, try the following troubleshooting tips.
Use a third-party extension like Ghostery to quickly identify if the conversion pixel code is working properly. To view possible errors, click the LinkedIn Talent Solutions links within the Ghostery dropdown. Please contact us for an updated tag if you see an error.
To view the source code for your site:
-
With the site in an active web browser, right click and select Inspect Element.
- Note: If in Firefox, we recommend using the Firebug plug-in to evaluate your code.
-
Under the Elements panel, search for ??? to display the LinkedIn Conversion Pixel code.
-
Check that the code generated matches the code in LinkedIn Recruiter. Even small adjustments to the tag will cause it to not work properly.
Place the LinkedIn JavaScript on the page exactly in the form as it's copied from Recruiter. Altering the JavaScript code often leads to problems.
Blocking any of the following IPs may result in service outages on the network on which they are blocked.
