Recruiting Tools section on candidate profiles

The Recruiting Tools section on a candidate’s profile in LinkedIn Recruiter contains Notes, Links, Tags, and Custom Fields added by users on the dashboard. You may also see a Similar Profiles module to assist you in finding additional candidates.

You can complete the following actions through the Recruiting Tools section:

  • Add important notes to candidate profiles

  • Add links to candidate profiles

  • Categorize candidates of interest by adding tags to profiles

  • Select custom fields to add details to candidate profiles

  • Find candidates with profiles similar to the candidate you’re viewing
