Easily uncover great matches, inspired by your ideal candidates and hiring activities. The Similar Profiles section on a candidate's profile is designed to help you find profiles with similar experience, job function, and more in LinkedIn Recruiter.
The Similar Profiles category in Recommended Matches is designed to help you expand your talent pool to discover more qualified candidates, save time so you can quickly uncover similar profiles, and increase your hiring success by discovering talent similar to your ideal candidates.
Similar Profiles helps you find quality candidates by:
- Showing better results. Similar Profiles considers all your hiring activities, including when you save, message, or hide a candidate.
- Displaying more similar profiles. You can discover up to 25 similar candidates in Recommended Matches.
- Showing more talent information. The Similar Profiles category in Recommended Matches shows detailed talent information, including experience, education, and interest.
View a candidate profile (full profile versus the mini profile card) of your ideal candidate for a job post in Search results, project pipeline, or Recommended Matches.
Important to know
The Find more people like option in the mini profile card functions the same as the Similar Profiles section in the full profile. Recommended Matches criteria is not identical to the Similar Profiles criteria for profile matches.
To view similar profiles based on a profile you're viewing:

View a candidate’s profile.

On the right pane, the Similar Profiles section displays candidates with similar profiles.
Here's a tip
You can message or save candidates to your pipeline directly in the Similar Profiles section. -
Click View more recommendations to see similar profiles.
