Customize your default LinkedIn Scheduler settings

After you authorize your work email and work calendar settings, you can customize your default LinkedIn Scheduler settings within LinkedIn Recruiter, including how long meetings last, your preferred time zone, your preferred meeting type (if video conferencing is enabled on your Recruiter contract), and your windows of availability.

Who can use this feature?

LinkedIn Scheduler and video conferencing are only available to LinkedIn Recruiter users at this time.

To customize your default Scheduler settings (meeting duration, default meeting type, time zone, and weekly availability) once you’ve synced your calendar:

  1. Move your cursor over your profile picture in the top right corner of the Recruiter homepage and select Product settings from the dropdown.

  2. Click Email & calendar on the left pane under My Account Settings

  3. Click Edit next to Custom calendar availability.

  4.  Fill in the data for the fields you’d like to update. 

  5. Click Save
