You can resolve location-related job posting issues directly in Recruiter, without submitting a support ticket or navigating to your ATS. When you import jobs from your ATS, admins will receive automated job posting emails daily or weekly with an overview of how many jobs were ingested and any potential issues.
If a job fails to post due to a location issue, you can easily fix the error in Recruiter:

Click Jobs > Basic jobs and select the Invalid jobs filter on the left pane.

Find your job posting with an invalid location by selecting the Invalid location checkbox.

Next to the job(s) with invalid location, click the Update location button. If you want to apply the same location update for multiple jobs at once, click the checkboxes next to all jobs you want to update and click Update location. A new window will appear for the jobs selected.

Type in the correct location to select from the drop-down menu. If you want to create a location-mapping rule, click the Create location-mapping rule checkbox.

Click Update location or Update location and create rule. Please allow a couple of minutes for the location to update.
