Job Wrapping through LinkedIn Recruiter

Job Wrapping is a service LinkedIn provides to automatically post jobs from your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or career site into LinkedIn job slots managed through LinkedIn Recruiter. You can prioritize which open jobs are posted into your job slots.

How Job Wrapping works

Job Wrapping allows you to assign job slots to your recruiters and set up your selection criteria to determine which jobs are posted on LinkedIn. Posted jobs will appear in the LinkedIn job search results and are also pushed out to members based on our Job Recommendations algorithm.

Job Wrapping provides the following benefits:

  • Frequent job updates: Your jobs are consistently refreshed to reflect any recent updates or closures of your source job post. This refresh occurs at least every 24 hours, up to multiple times per day.

  • Sophisticated selection criteria: Provides recruiters the ability to remain in control of their job slots and prioritize which jobs are posted.
  • Full visibility of utilization: Administrators have full visibility into job posts and job utilization of all recruiters.

Here's a tip

When a new job is posted through the Job Wrapping in New Recruiter and Jobs, a new project will be created for every job wrapped into a job slot.
