Only Career Hub admins can use the Role Play Customization feature.
- Access the Admin portal: Start from the admin homepage and navigate to the organization's library where custom content is managed.
- Initiate Role Play Creation: Select the option to create a new role play scenario from “Add to”, similar to creating other custom content.
- Describe the conversation you want to practice in natural language. For example: “Ask my mentor for career advice”, “Ask my manager to help diffuse a conflict with a colleague”, and so on. AI will automatically generate the scenario details, but you can click Edit and change any of the fields to personalize it to your unique needs.
- Step 1 (What the conversation is about) and Step 2 (Who is having the conversation): Review and customize the scenario, including the title, description, success criteria, and evaluation criteria (e.g., inputting frameworks like SBI if needed).
- Step 3: Settings: Set permissions, who to target, skills, and tags to make your content discoverable.
- Pro tip: if you include "Communications" in Skills, then learners searching for that skill will be able to discover your role play.
- Publish the role play: Finalize and publish the scenario, making it available in the organization's library.
- Pro tip: Admins can make this discoverable by no one, to test the Role Play as a learner first and make any edits as necessary.
